Welcome to Shorecliffs & Corona Highlands

The Shorecliffs and Corona Highlands neighborhoods are situated along cliffs high above the Pacific Ocean and Corona del Mar. Properties in this area are some of the most highly sought-after in Southern Orange County. 
 
Both neighborhoods’ development began in the 1950s with Shorecliffs lots built on the south side of Shorecliff Road and Corona Highlands homes built across the way. 
 
Today, Shorecliffs is made up of over 145 home sites, most of which are single-family residences. The neighborhood includes a mix of beautiful beach houses, vintage ranch-styles, and contemporary homes. On clear days, views of Catalina Island can be seen from Shorecliffs.
 
Corona Highlands homes are north of Pacific Coast Highway and range from mid-century modern and modern-style single-family residences to contemporary condominiums with equally stunning views of the Pacific Ocean from its hillside. The area follows along the eastern edge of Buck Gully and the lush hillside of the California coast.
 
The two neighborhoods share a homeowners' association and have convenient access to Downtown Corona del Mar and private access to Arch Rock Beach and Little Corona.  The communities are quiet and extremely private thanks to canyons on either side.
